Welcome to the Charlottesville Seventh-day Adventist Church website!
Feel free to browse our site to learn more about us. Please keep in mind that some of our pages require that you have a login userid. The media committee can approve those requests, if needed. If a page you are trying to access does require a login userid, it should also give you contact information at the top of the page to secure that permission. Your email address will be required to complete your request when it is approved.
Check out the new articles about family and health in Family First and Staying Young. If you enjoy great art take a look at ScripShot a photographic perspective of the world we live in with a Biblical reference.
Want to be involved? There are a lot of opportunities to share your talents as a part of one of the ministries of our church. Our college students are part of a growing Adventist Christian Fellowship (ACF) group. And every Sabbath morning there are Bible Study groups for our youngest members to our more mature members to participate in.
We hope that you will join us for worship on Saturday morning or can attend other activities that may be held at the church. Click on the "Contact Us" line from the 'Home" page if you have any questions.
Our local church is part of the Potomac Conference. Potomac Conference of Seventh-day Adventist information can be found at this location. Churches and Adventist schools in the Conference can be located at this site, along with the latest news and events taking place in our Conference. Our local church also has a page on FACEBOOK. Our Facebook page can be accessed by clicking this link. Members of our Fellowship update information on this site about events happening in Charlottesville and the surrounding area that may be of interest to all of us. An important note regarding the directions to our fellowship - the bridge near the church on Jefferson Park Ave. is currently being repaired and not accessible to traffic. Expected completion of repairs will be September of 2012. This will add some time to your travels on Sabbath morning in reaching the church. Travel times during the University of Virginia Football season (starting September 3, 2011) will also be impacted because of the increase in traffic those mornings.
